We provide 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time for all airport pickups, starting from the actual landed time of your flight. This allows plenty of time to clear immigration and collect your luggage.
The price we quote is the price you pay. All tolls, parking fees, and fuel are included in the transparent fixed rate. There is a nominal midnight surcharge of RM30-RM50 for transfers between 11:30 PM and 6:00 AM, which will be clearly stated in your initial quote so there are no surprises.
